Are the Pixel 6 Pro speakers really good or am I really blinded?

I need some outside perspective in case I am biased by the large expense.

Do these Pixel 6 Pro speakers sound really good? Playing music on YouTube Music. I have "Adaptive Sound" turned on. Put the phone on my desk next to me.

They create the effect of larger stereo separation. I can turn them up relatively loud with no distortion. I'm not crazy, they are phone speakers but, for phone speakers, I'm kinda impressed.

Let me have it, am I blinded by the cost of the phone?

(I don't know if the non-pro model has the same speakers so I specified the pro in this case)

I have the 6 Pro and love the speakers, especially with Adaptive Sound turned on. It's not just you .

I think they sound great. Sure they aren't the best but really good IMHO and really enjoying it coming from a pixel 5.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speakers, they are way better than the Pixel 5 speakers.

Yup, I'd say they sound quite good. If I had a complaint, it would be for a little more bass richness, but I think that's too much to ask for phone speakers.

Can't find "adaptive sound" setting on my pro to try but speakers seem fine to me.

Compared to my iPhone 13 pro Max and previously owned s21 ultra... Both my pixel 6 and 6 pro, sounded about the same.. just average!!! Nothing to ride home about

My P6 speakers sound the same, and as loud, as my P2 speakers did. I use it to play podcasts and music all the time, and they don't sound tinny. I do have a Bluetooth speaker, but I didn't spend very much on it, so I don't pretend to give a critique here. The P6 speakers get the job done as well as can be expected for a telephone.

This.

They're ok if it's all you're used to, but if you're used to a phone with actual good speakers they sound very flat and hollow.

To be fair though, the pro Max and ultra are both significantly more expensive, although the pixel 6 also sounds worse than my S10e.

They are alright but it all depends on which phone you are coming from. Compared to other flagships like iPhone 13 Pro max and to some extent the Samsung flagships the Pixel 6 Pro speakers lack a bit of loudness and richness.

I agree with the above statement I think they're okay but coming from the zf3 and my iPhone they're a little step below but they still okay I'm usually with wireless headphones or earbuds anyway

P2P speakers are a step better than my Note 20 Ultra's. Both are good, but the Pixel is better.
