Are there any apps that will slow down data?

I have an LG G2 that I use with Net10 service. This month my data didn't seem to roll over. I updated my APN settings but I am still having proble s with slow data. Pages wont load, video doesn't work and my picture messages do t send. I have had a problem similar before and disabled a whole bunch of apps and the problem was solved. I just cant seem to find the problem this time, any ideas?

Not that i can think of.
But if that's the case, how about you reset your phone settings and start from scratch?
How many apps do you have in your G2?

I have very few apps on my phone. I don't really want to reset it and lose all the things I did download or all my pictures. I don't have any back up set up either.
