It definitely won't be before the Note 4 comes out. That will be one incentive to get people to buy a new phone.

My wife has the S5 with the new TouchWiz, while it is nice, I just can't get used to the new settings menu. I like what is on the Note 3 just fine.

Whatever Samsung comes out with, I'll probably stick to Nov. I don't think they can modify TouchWiz enough to make it better than Nova.
