Are you gonna buy it?

Would have gotten it but not being available through T-Mobile, for use with Jump, kills it for me.

Have fun guys!

Verizon Exclusive, but they also showed Best Buy and Google Store logos, and said "unlocked." I want to know more about this. I'm a Verizon customer, but I like the fully unlocked MXPE. I also want to know whether there is Verizon bloat on it, or if it can actually be deleted.

With 24/7 live support, and full res photo storage, I understand the pricing a little better.

Not until I get over the butt ugly iThing front face of it!........:D

The million dollar question is what networks the unlocked version is compatible with. Also, will the VZW version have all of the VZW bloatware...

I am going to look into how much it would cost me to drop out of my Verizon contract and switch to Project Fi.

I don't understand you guys... It will be available unlocked through Google. Verizon is just the only US carrier that will sell it in-store.

I also want to see details of the new interface. Specs on Google Store site says it has a notification LED.

iPhone 7Plus 32GB £719

Samsung S7 32GB £569

So same as iPhone and more than S7.

Not that I was considering those phones but the spec bumps on the Pixel don't see to justify significant price increase from the 5X and 6P.

Definitely expensive, but there isn't many good options for phones with good software and hardware experience other than iPhones and phones made by Google.

So have to suck it up the high price.

Overall I liked what I saw, but I will not be getting the Pixel phones. They are iphone like expensive and are definitely not better than my HTC 10.
If they offered a dual speaker setup and a 100-200€ more affordable price, then I would consider buying the XL. Currently, the XL costs 1009€ in Germany. This is a lot of money. Google is competing in iPhone territory. I am not sure though if people would pay so much money for a Google phone. The iPhone has a much stronger brand.
If I compare my HTC 10 to the Pixel and Pixel XL, I cannot see an area (apart from the fast system updates), where the Pixel phones are better. The HTC 10 offers premium quality at a much more affordable price. Sorry Google, but I cannot justify spending so much money on your phone (which is build by HTC anyway..)

OnePlus 3, HTC 10 to name two phones..

I have owned them all including Samsung Note 7. For me it's either iPhone or Google phones which offer the best experience. Yes I know it's not same for everyone.
