No, I didn't.

I've paid $20 for two months for PREMIUM TXT MESSASING service.

wow, I still can't believe it.


Basically, Premum TXT messasing delivers some out-of-verizon news, weather, and so on.

IF you are thinking 'wow, this weather txt message always give me good information for free !!' , I'm sorry, it's absolutely not free.

so, check it out.

Go to verizonwireless.com and sign in.
You can go to Account tab and click My Bill.

If you have 9.99 for Premium TXT messaging on Usage Charges section, you might be a victim of scam..

you can call to verizon customer service, call to magic number, which is *611, and tell them I don't know what that is.

Then they will disable the service and give a number to stop using it.
In my case, it was 43355 for weather service. (YES, I thought that was free..)
And representative said when I signed this service they might tell me about charges.

SO they couldn't refund any money for me. :(

Please be aware.. I don't want to see any other vicim like me !!
 
I've heard of this happening to other people. It's not a Verizon charge, it's through a 3rd party service. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you, and thanks for sharing your experience.

No, I don't remember clearly, and It IS 3rd party service :(
