Aria: Problem after HTC Sync

I downloaded the HTC PC program and tried it. I wanted to try the Swype beta and installed it. Now, I am unable to switch keyboards to anything but the standard keyboard. Not sure if the Swype beta is expired or not compatible with the Aria. I also now have the option to install third-party apps available from my phone. Not quite sure what happened there. Any ideas?
