Ask a Question Forum -- Require Model Number & Carrier?

Most of the threads people create using the Ask a Question form do not include a model number, manufacturer/brand, or even carrier. Inevitably the first question we have to ask the OP is to provide these details.

A required form field for them to type in the brand and model number would be immensely helpful.
As would a Carrier field (with options for None and Wifi near the top).

Good thought. We've suggested this a few times as well to the admins.

Although one beneficial side effect for the forums is that if those guest users really want help, it requires them to register on the forums in order to continue the discussion!
