Yes. Each and every Pixel user has lost precious seconds every single month and that time would have been far more productive doing the digital version of "my dad's bigger than your dad."On every samsung phone, you can just tap the wifi quick toggle to turn it on and off. Is this really what pixel users have to go through? *this* is what everyone says is the best android experience? Really?
not picking on Google, necessarily (I don't know how Apple rolls), but Google does have a tendency to change things simply to change things. Samsung (my preferred brand) does this too. like burying the notification categories/channels toggle, or rearranging how to make notification sound changes to apps/contacts/etc. my suspicion is that you have people simply trying to justify their existence in their job. would be great if they simply refined their offerings instead of behaving as if they know better somehow. (end rant)Yes. Each and every Pixel user has lost precious seconds every single month and that time would have been far more productive doing the digital version of "my dad's bigger than your dad."

Is this just a Pixel feature that is not available on other (including the questioners) phones?
I never turn off WiFi either, even though I have a Samsung device.I don't judge. Someone wanted to know how to do it and finding out how to do **** Google doesn't want me to do is something I love
(I just never turn wifi off myself)
