asking me to call SIM 1 or SIM 2? how to remove?

when i make a phone call now it will ask me to call with sim 1 or sim 2?

it is very annoying.

how do i make it so it does not prompt me that question and just calls out?

That's weird! You don't even have the dual cell bars on your status bar. If you go to settings, do you have a SIM cards option under wireless & network? If so, tap on it and post the screenshot. Also, check your model info in settings - about phone.

not sure what happened but now it is not prompting me anymore to choose between SIM 1 and SIM 2.
