Assist and speakerphone?

Is it possible while driving in Assist mode to call someone and have it automatically set to speakerphone? We don't have bluetooth or fancy cars that have phone capabilities. I like Assist so far, but if I need to make a call while driving it's not very helpful if I still have to press the speakerphone key.

There is an option in touch less control settings to enable speakerphone by de fault when you make a call using on Google now. I always use it in the car it's really useful..
