Not for a note 8, but my wife had a phone replaced by them. They still had her old model.

My N8 is toast and over 2 years old. I can't imagine they have N8s. Just wondering if I would get. N9 or S9, S10 ect.

They had them as of a couple months ago, when I replaced my daughter's Note 8.

There are plenty of refurbished Note 8s around so that's most likely what you'll get.

I had a Note 8 for almost 1.5 years and on extended warranty, Asurion, phone got corrupted on an over the air Update. Ubreakitifixit couldn't fix it and Manager at Verizon told rep to send me a new Note 9 as a replacement. Am using the 9 as I write.
