ASUS M370T or ME171...?

Some confusion on the CES page for reporting... between the MeMO ME171 and the NVIDIA announced 7" Transformer with M370T label.

I'm interested in more news or data on the M370T - the Tegra3 mini-Transformer for $249.

Anything new from CES, NVIDIA, or ASUS booths on release dates, WiFi only or WiFi/4G and mobile branding (Verizon, AT&T, etc)?

NEED MORE!!!! I like the Prime but the smaller factor of the 7" is perfect.

I'd BUY IT NOW if there was a button.

The 7" 370T Tegra 3 for $249 is to be a WiFi only device. A Quad core with a 5th "Ninja" to help save battery life for times of lower power usage. Stated to be released during the 2nd quarter of 2012. I am looking forward to the buy button as well.

The 7" ME171 is to be a cell service device and has a dual core and comes with a stylus.

Yes, I am looking forward to the 370t by far. If you still need 4G I suggest just getting a separate Hotspot with it and getting the better device.
