Asus Memo Pad 7 K013 (ME176CX) gives me gray-ish screen when I press the unlock button. Why?

Asus Memo Pad 7 K013 (ME176CX) gives me gray-ish screen when i press the unlock button.

Well, Pretty straight forward... when I try to unlock it it just gives me a gray-ish screen and i'm not allowed to do anything, I tried to do a factory reset but the screen is still gray-ish...
Already tried restarting it.

Welcome to Android Central! If nothing ever shows on the screen (like the welcome logo when you power it up from a powered down state), then the screen has likely failed. Another possibility is a failed motherboard. Either way, you'd have to bring it to a repair shop, or contact ASUS for service.
