I'm interested in both tablets, but can only afford one. Both of them have been getting good reviews and they seem quite popular. Which one would you recommend?
Hey Mojoski
You mentioned rooting the Hisense I have flashed plenty of motherboards in my time so is this pretty much the same? Flashing motherboards (mobo) is a what I call a tippy toe procedure. As long as you follow instructions and make sure you don't lose the connection then usually flashing goes without a hitch. So I guess that rooting a tablet is pretty much the same thing correct? I have done a search on rooting but seems rooting is kinda propriatary procedure so you have done this with the HiSense Pro? Any problems to note?
As the gentleman above I'm on the fence between the HiSense and the Asus Memopad hd. They both have there good points and bad. The storage problem for me wouldn't be a deal breaker as long as you can reset the HiSense if something goes bad and you need to return for exchange. The one thing that is a plus but on searches find that the NFC doesn't always work as advertised? But also the Hisense doesn't have a g-sensor which I hear is only good for driving games but not positive on that point. Only for gaming? The reason I ask is I don't plan on doing any hi tech games on it but I will be using the cameras especially the rear camera. I will be sending pics to customers from woodworking jobs I do so I will need a have way decent camera. I just don't know which of the two have the better cameras? GPS is a plus and they both have it. I think the tegra 3 gets better performance then the one in the Asus so for me i'm still on the fence between the two and still looking for any good input that will knock me off the fence in either direction at this point. I'm also not in a hurry really won't have the money either way till pretty close to the end of the year. So any thoughts on your end would be appreciated or anybody else's as far as that is concerned!
Thanks
