Asus transformer pad won't charge or come on

I plug the Asus transformer into the outlet and the charging indicator flashes orange twice then goes out. What do you think is the problem?

Leave the charger plugged in overnight. The problem? Either you discharged the battery to 0 (and leaving the charger plugged in long enough might precharge it enough to let it start charging) or the battery is shot.
