Asus Transformer TF300 Play Store Problems

I was using my TF 300 last night and think I accidentally deleted the app for the Play Store. Now I get a message that app is not running. My main symptom is when I click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, I see all my apps - but when I click on SHOP I get a quick message about do I accept or decline but the window quickly closes and I am back to the main screen. So I can open the SHOP app and download anything. I am backing up my apps and going to do a factory reset - will this fix the problem. Hope so! Thanks Dave - Oh is the best way to do a factory reset to go under settings and select Reset Tablet?

Poke a paperclip in to the little hole next to the hdmi slot lower left side of tablet this will cause a factory reset. You can also go to Asus.com and download the manual. You can also email tech support. Good luck

Before you do this try and download another apk of the play store. You should be able to install and fix the issue. Hard reset should always be last resort.
