Asus ZenFone 5z restarting issue

Recently i had purchased an Asus ZenFone 5z mobile from Amazon
A certified refurbished mobile

I received the mobile yesterday

I tried to set up the mobile more than 6 times it is restarting
And a little bit heating for just normal usage

Does anyone faced this kind of problem?

Any help is appreciated and I contacted Amazon customer service and they said they will resolve my issue as soon as possible

But it is freezing and it is restarting

Welcome to Android Central! The phone pretty clearly seems to be faulty, so even if it did start working at some point, I'd be worried that it would start malfunctioning again soon. I'd work with the seller or with Amazon to get a refund or exchange.
