Asus Zenpad Z8s seldom connects to the internet

[Android Central Question]

This is my third Z8s and I still have the same issue. It rarely connects to the internet. I thought I was in a bad service area but my phones connect.
Is this just a known issue with the Zenpad, that it has a poor internet connection?
