Async issue

This error continuously comes when i unlock my s10 or while watching a video. It comes for 1 sec and than disappears. I tried everything auto sync on and off but it always comes. Can someone please help me with this.

Is this using mobile data or wifi? Does this only occur in 1 location?

Wifi. I dont use mobile data
No my location is off too it just comes anytime anywhere

Sounds like a poor connection to your router. How is your signal strength?

Signal strength is very good like i said im connected to internet or not it just comes more when i unlock the phone

It seems like your phone is struggling to make the connection to the router. Can you try, being very close to the router, to replicate the issue? Also, reboot the router and test again.

Thanks a lot toast source helped me find out it was Instagram that sends this message idk for whatever reasons i uninstalled and installed again seems to solve the issue. Thanks for answering
