AT-AS45D1: YouTube videos chopped and laggy

Hello, when I update YouTube to the latest version, or any other version then 5.3.24, the videos lag and stutter and are chopped up. You might ask, why update?

1. The video suggestions barely load and most of the suggestions are the same everytime.

2. Videos wont play, this accured today (There was a problem with the network [410])

3. Watch Later wont load and says there was a problem with the network

4. When clicking 'Read More' to see more replies to a comment the read more button dissapears and all replies dissapear aswell

5. Cant change quality

I have tried

Resetting cache of YouTube

Restarting my phone

Resetting cache in recovery menu

Factory reset

Updating to later versions (Like 5.2.25 or newer)

Watching different videos to make sure the lag issue isnt the video itself

Changing quality of the video

Clearing data of app

Uninstall updates of app

Go on different WiFi networks (my phone is the only issue, my laptop works fine)

Help please.
