Google has finally posted Lollipop 5.0.2 factory images for the two Nexus 7 mobile devices.

So the OTA updates should in theory begin fairly soon. Not all at once, of course, but there aren't so many of these models in circulation so I'm guessing that the rollout won't take very long (though I could be wrong about this, of course).
