They kept having problems accessing the xdm because so many people are requesting the update so when they have to keep logging into the xdm to manually push an update that is systematically being sent out automatically, it eventually bogs down so much that they have to keep canceling the automatic push and restart the program. I finally got the update on 4 of my Inspires last week, then I got the update on my other 2 Inspires today. Both times I got it was by request to the Product Management Center with the aid of a representative from the office of the president for at&t.
