AT&T features and hotspot on Google Pixel

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know that my Pixel finally came yesterday and the hotspot and visual voicemail (with the app) work just fine with AT&T with no additional configuration or account changes needed in my case. LTE and MMS work perfectly as well. Perhaps some factors are dependent on what phone you previously got from AT&T or if you are outside the 50 states (at least one of you is in Puerto Rico). Thanks to everyone who responded.
