AT&T - Galaxy Note 8 or 10?

Does anyone know if AT&T has any plans to offer either the Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 8 in the near future?

I'd really prefer this to the wi-fi versions available now. I wish I knew why AT&T hasn't offered the Note 10 instead of the Tab 2. I've been holding back and waiting for AT&T, but might jump over to Verizon if they don't offer one of these soon.

Lord knows why AT&T decides anything... maybe they just roll dice for all decisions? I am considering the Note 8 but would prefer one with a cellular phone... not sure if USA is even getting that option.

I asked in their bricks and mortar store in CT and the AT&T rep said she knew of no plans to offer either. I am on Verizon but was wondering for a friend and looking to see what accessories they have. Very pleased with my Verizon SGN 10.1 4G/LTE. Reception has been very good and mobile hotspot works great.

So I am wondering IF we will see an updated version of the GN10.1 and maybe AT&T is waiting on that but who knows. Samsung sees to be all over the map with what they offer, where they offer it and what they think the US market wants. Yet Apple can sell the iPad mini is all sizes and people pay stupid money for them.
