AT&T Galaxy Note ICS upgrade commitments?

Anyone heard if AT&T (NOT Samsung) has promised any kind of ICS commitment? I know, I know, Samsung has promised an upgrade...for the international version. I'm sitting on a Samsung Infuse that was supposed to get upgraded to Gingerbread...and still is. I'm very leery of AT&T.

You should be leary of att updates IMO. Please do not get the gnote expecting ics soon after launch, unless you do not mind flashing a rom which would affect your warranty.
