at&t Galaxy S5 update issues

When i try to update my galaxy s5 it either says update interrupted or no update available and i have android 4.2, anyone else have this issue or fix? Oh and its an at&t phone unlocked with metropcs

Just tried the same thing. I have an AT&T S5 Active. Non-rooted. Downloaded the update. Went to install. Installation was interrupted per the screen info. Rebooted. Nothing. Cleared cache. Nothing.

Was there a 4.4.3 update prior to this current update? If so, do we need to download that first then download the current update?
 
Im not sure but i cant even get that far, i just get no software available and at the top it says software update interrupted

Please let me knoq what happens! From what I've heard att doesnt allow updating from kies

I installed it and in looking for the update I'm showing this:

I had this issue after I unrooted my s5. I turned out I was on an incorrect baseband. I had to go to the att store to get a new unit.

Alright, an update: It has installed and is functioning properly. Only thing I did was the hard reset and had it connected to my computer (charging) vs. last time it was not plugged in to charge.
