AT&T gs4 modem

Noon question...

I rooted my phone and have safestrap installed. I was trying to flash a different modem on my gs4 to see if signal strength gets improved. I am on NC1. I can not find any tutorials on how to flash just the modem using safestrap. Is this even possible? I have a AT&T gs4 I337.

I've always used odin to flash but you could try booting into recovery and installing a zipped modem file from there
