I got the update. What the heck was changed? Transparent notification bar, a little lightning bolt for when it's charging?

Why did I update to KitKat if this is all that I get?

p.s. girlfriend on HTC One got 4.4.2, and she got different stuff than I did, on 4.4.2?

Well, samsung hadn't allowed us to use art just yet, but now you can choose default apps for launcher and messaging. That's pretty much it. And it is more under the hood me feels.

The phones are completely different. The changes aren't supposed to be the same.

One other thing is: Easier access to default applications. Like wanting to switch between touchwiz and nova, or some other launcher. Menu>System Settings>Default Applications, shown right under Application Manager.
