AT&T note 3 gift. Use on US Cellular?

I was given a new Note 3 ATT phone
I have an unlimited plan with US Cellular Note2
ATT service is limited in my area...

I read that the two phones use entirely different programming.
Is it possible to use it on US Cell?
90 day activation then switch?

Please help...I read great things on the 3
But I won't leave US Cell
