AT&T p930 Root & Jelly Bean Upgrade

I recently had problems with my AT&T -HTC One with Jelly Bean and had to change to a different phone that I already owned. Now that I have used JB, I can't stand ICS!!

I have searched and tried to root the device so that I can try to update to a different rom. I am not phone-tech savvy and cannot seem to find a clear-cut, step-by-step, and novice friendly guide to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction to something that is specific for my device and that will work with AT&T? Before I became a Android user, I successfully "jailbroke" my iphone very easily

Haha....no problem.

I saw a Super One Click method in that thread, they tend to be really easy to follow. You can also search YouTube to see if there are any videos using the Super One Click method so you have a visual of what's expected.
