I have at&t with 2 lines on my account. One of them I'm planning on porting out. I would receive portion of my deposit back from the 1st line.
My question is, when is the best time to port a number to get the refund back? Before a new billing cycle starts or afterwards. My bill is due every month on the 3rd.
