It should be on right now. Technically we aren't in EST right now, we're in EDT, but Central time is one hour back from Eastern.

I'm having to go through a chat rep to place my order because I'm paying full retail and I'm premiere.. the phone isn't on the premiere sit yet so I can't place the order manually.. still waiting....grr but yeah.. no black version only the silver in 32 and 64gb.. fine by me I planned on silver anyway but my wife wanted the other color.

You're not alone. I'm also a "Premiere" customer and don't see it on the "Premiere" site.
