Not sure what happened but last night when I checked for available software updates for my AT&T S3 I had a 623.10mb software update there so I proceeded to attempt to download it.. It started right up and reached 120 MB and 20% after more than an hour of the download when it stopped with no way resume or continue it.. WHEN I CHECKED AGAIN FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES IT SAID I COULD CHECK BACK IN 22 HOURS AND 34 MINUTES.. I called AT&T and they called Samsung and they said I was wrong, as the 4.3 update had not been released to AT&T. I spent an hour on the phone wit AT&T and while they were very nice and really tried to help, there was nothing they or I could do.. I called Samsung directly and the tech I spoke to said it had not been released to AT&T for the S3 and that the were having all sorts of issues.. I told him I had downloaded 120mb's and he said it was not possible.. I told him to Google it and he would see that people had been downloading it to the AT&T S3 for more than a day.. Bottom line I was not able to get it downloaded and not sure I will be able to download it tonight either..
