My Samsung Galaxy S5 is running KITKAT 4.4.2 my phone haven't received any notification that android 4.4.4 is available or lollipop and when I try to trigger the update manually; I get "your update is interrupted" your phone is up to date check again in 24 hours" how can I get lollipop on my phone.

Welcome to Android Central!

Try plugging in to Samsung Kies and hitting update. It will check and see if there is an update and then update the phone. Make sure to back up everything just in case something happens and it resets the phone. I always like to operate on the side of caution no matter what.
