Yes I just received the November security update on my AT&T Note 5. My girlfriend got the November security update on AT&T S6 a few days ago.

Samsung & AT&T have been doing great with timely security updates for a while now

I'm sorry, timely? How is receiving an update that was released the first week of month but not pushed out until the last week? I'm confused on how its considered timely.

I don't receive my monthly security updates on the last week of the month. I usually get them in the first 2 weeks of every month. Congratulations that your Blackberry Priv gets them a week earlier lol

Same here. I usually check the first week then the next. Usually get it mid month.

Has anyone else noticed the improvement in battery life with this last security update on AT&T? On T-mobile others have said the same, even though it's just a security update. But I've noticed it

I haven't noticed. I have been getting OK battery since I bought this phone.

Yes I have a DieHard battery hooked up to the Note 5, lol, phone is damn heavy now but i have long lasting battery life, lol

So, it appears as if the latest update included a small update to the stock messaging app. Now it automatically takes you to the top of the conversations in certain situations. Also, I had to turn off auto retrieve MMS and back in for one to come through while on WiFi... Maybe just me. And maybe some other upgrades in the background as well
