Change the date to 12/19/2019, then check for update. After it starts downloading, go back and change it. That's what I did this morning.

It definitely seems snappier IMO, maybe it's just me. Definitely liking the look and feel of the changed to the Samsung UI as well!

It does seem snappier, & battery is a little better. My only complaint is this update jacked up one of my Bixby routines. It's a routine I use at work, & I hope a future update fixes it.
