AT&T updated fail

I've been trying to do the recent AT&T update since it was released in July, but each time it has failed at about 30% once it tries to do the update after rebooting. Considering this a stock Note 4, the only thing I could think to do was a Factory reset(which actually dramatically improved performance on my note 4). Any other suggestions that I can try to get my phone to take the update. Thanks for you help!

If the phone is rooted, it won't (and better not) update. Otherwise, bring it into an AT&T Device Support Center (ask at your local store if you can't find your local DSC) and ask if they could please update it for you.
