AT&T Version V30 latest build number and security update date?

I purchased a used AT&T version V30 and was wondering if these are the most current updates.
Build # H93111n
Security patch date January 1, 2018
Phone says its up to date but it also says last update : not updated
Is this right?

FYI: Oreo 8.0.0 and March security update is now rolling out to the AT&T V30

Mine says it's up to date but the software patch level is September of 2017. And I'm on 7.1.2...
