Okay so after hopelessly trying to install a ROM (stupid, most likely) that improves the purple haze, I have pretty much thrown in the towel. If I sent in my HTC One running Sense 5.5 and Android 4.3, what are the odds they will catch me and not send a replacement? Is there any chance that the newest Kit Kat update fixes it? I saw some people saying that it did if I am not mistaken...

Please do not assume that I am refusing to install the original Android 4.3 with Sense 5.0, I am just being reluctant haha

Don't send your device to AT&T if it's modified. I thought the camera issues were hardware, but I read that here so it may not be accurate.

HTC would be the one to refuse the phone. If at&t is anything like sprint, they dont look at the bootloader, run a RUU and get a new device. just take to a Corp.store let the tech take a look and deem it whacked. they should order you a replacement.

Awesome, yeah I was running Sense 5.5 and when I was showing him the faults, he did not even notice... Still, probably best to go back to Sense 5.0 with Android 4.3 however

Them guys dont know as much as we do about phones. The i ever dealt with didnt anyway....lol
When my first One lost LTE the lady was searching Google and im the one who told her what to search for....lol

That is pretty pathetic... Oh well... My replacement phone is coming in soon (I have the 64gb so I had to phone in) so I will probably flash sense 5.0 because if they deem the warranty void I pay like $600....
