AT100 versus AT105

I recently purchased a refurb Thrive. The model number shown under settings is AT100, yet it was sold as a 16GB, and shows that it has 16GB of storage under settings. However, I thought the 16GB model number is AT105. Could this have anything to do with being a refurb with mixed parts??? Thanks in advance for any input.
