Atrix USB connection doesn't work

I've had my Atrix for several months and it was working just fine. However, one day it wouldn't charge while connected to a computer or even a wall charger. In addition, the phone would not recognize that it was connected to a computer at all. I tried several different computers and several different UBS cables with no luck. Fortunately, I can charge the phone with an iPhone/iPod wall charger I have.

Any chance it's a software and/or battery issue or is my USB connector going bad?
