ATT GS4 full convert to GPe?

I've seen it for the HTC One, but can you convert an ATT GS4 to a GPe that will receive OTA updates? If so, can you post a link?

I had one for a few weeks, couldn't find a way to do this since the AT&T GS4's bootloader is locked. You can still flash ROMs to it though with the right recovery (pretty much all of them now).

As far as I know, there is no way to convert the phone entirely. You can flash a custom ROM based off of 4.3 Google Edition. It works quite well but in order to receive updates, you'll have to flash updates to the ROM itself. Kangabean is the best one right now, imo. The dev is great and updates his ROM very quickly when new firmware is available.
