ATT ipad with deferred payment

recently a friend of mine got a motorola xoom tablet with verizon, and he said they rolled the cost of the tablet into his monthly bill so that he didnt have any up front cost, and is paying for the tablet over the next few months thru his phone bill.


I was just wondering if anybody knows if ATT has anything similar to that, so that I could defer the ipad cost into my bill over a few months or something.
