ATT Network $250 android

Hey guys looking to break the cycle of high priced phone for the wife and I. Our 2/3 year old kids make sure no phone last to long. I've been looking at the Honor 6x, but was wondering what else is available that meets our criteria, at least 5.5 inch, decent speakerphone, good camera and bt quality. We dont need the snappiest cpu/gpu. We primarily use facebook/camera/youtube. Any other phones I should be considering in this price range? Thank for the help in advance.
