ATT/Next and the N10+

Anyone who used one's Next Upgrade to the Note 10+ send old device back yet? I've gotten nothing from Att reminding Me to send it back this time. Anyone else NOT had any communication either?
 
Same here. Got my Note 10+ on Friday, ATT shows the previous contract as upgraded but no communication from ATT regarding sending back my old phone (S9+).
 
Normally you have 14 days from when you activate the new phone to send the old one back. You should have gotten a paper that you have to send back with the old phone and a shipping label. Call or chat with Att and have them email the shipping label and other paperwork to send back with the phone.
 
You should get an email stating the condition of the phone sent back. I got mine about 2 weeks after receiving my N10+.
 
Yeah I've gotten nothing from Samsung or ATT. Ordered via Samsung and received the release date.
 
did you check your trash folder? I only ask because I send all carrier notices except for billing notices there automatically.
 
It's a good idea for AT&T to wait a couple of weeks in the event the customer changes their mind. Two week return period and I almost returned my 10 + until I figured out why my battery was draining excessively.
 
I upgraded my wife's iPhone a month ago and the upgrade showed immediately on my account but never got the usual text about sending the old phone in or that it was recieved

I finally called and they said it was received but not processed yet so they noted my account.

I'm waiting for the charge on my account because they screwed up and say I never returned it lol
 
I would call AT&T, cause if upgrading you have 14 days , if you don't return it they are gonna make you pay .
