ATT online not working?

Tried to upgrade my line but website doesn't allow me to add the phone to cart. Anyone else have this problem?

I can add it but I have to pay $199 (the price of a new line) even if I am eligible for discounted upgrade. What is going on?

I've had this happen in the past, after calling AT&T and explaining the problem they were nice enough to do all the online discounts and let me pick the phone up at our local AT&T Store... Give them a call

Yea I am in Japan and wanted to order online and jar it waiting for me when I get home wednsday
