ATT S4 4.3 w/ foxfi not working

Used to be able to use foxfi to mobile hotspot the phone for free and it doesn't work now. Anyone had this problem?

I'm having the same issue.
Not sure what to do to fix it but had I know this was gonna be an issue I would not have upgraded.

Hope someone with a solution chimes in.

I know it doesn't work with a lot of the newer os's. If you go on the foxfi site it will list the device and carrier it's compatible with.

Here's the link of supported and it seems as of right now with ATT, 4.3 isn't supported!

Has there been any updates or fixes for this? I sure do miss tethering to my ipad. Any suggestions? Don't want to root as the phone will be replaced with either a s5 or m8 in May. Any thoughts on which of those will have a better hope of tethering?
