I can confirm that. I had the 4.3 installed before AT&T and Samsung pulled it. I am currently downloading it now and says 28.07 MB total.

Yea it's a huge file and that's if you are installing from 4.2.2. For those who already have 4.3 the revision is only 28.07 MB so it shouldn't take that long. Make sure your plugged in

I downloaded it and so far the only thing Ive noticed dfferent from the first version of 4.3 is Drive.
