ATT should be responsible for my tempered Glass.

I had a issue with my first S6 and had to return it.I installed a tempered glass on it.Well since I was exchanging it.I lost that Tempered Glass.Now I'm having problems with my tab s 8.4 tablet with a tempered glass and I'm gonna lose another one.They should replace it if your phone has to be exchanged because of a defect.

You could request for that to be done but I also wouldn't hope for any positive outcome. I could easily see them just saying they only warranty the phone.

I agree with what you're saying.But it just doesn't seem right.

I have had luck with my AT&T stores swapping out the tempered glass, if you have all of the paperwork, package, receipt etc and you show that you had to remove it to get it replaced under warranty. Plus most of the tempered glass vendors offer either replacements or reduced prices.
