ATT unlimited throttling

After I went past my 5gb of data, it seems i've been only throttled randomly. When I was on 3g after 3gb I was constantly throttled until my bill cycle ended. I was wondering if its like this for everyone.

Same here, I got the infamous text message but later that evening my data was "flying" again.

So it looks like they are not really throttling people on LTE
